Welcome Rob!

Our new Distribution Manager Rob Ritz is immediately personable. He’s a positive, capable presence and has fit right in with us since the moment he started.

“Rob has really fit in well here at Cape Beverage. Not only does he bring a wealth of knowledge and experience from his diverse professional background, he also brings a positive attitude and get-it-done spirit to the team,” Operations Manager Craig Tropp shares. “He is willing to jump into any project to help Cape Beverage succeed, and consistently looks forward to seeing how he can help improve the company in regards to performance and morale. Rob is an all around team player full of energy and optimism, and we’re proud to have him on our team.”

Welcome Mollie!

Mollie was kind and welcoming from the moment we first met her, which was actually the day of Mikey’s interview last month. She waved as we walked in to meet him, and we’ve been looking forward to getting the chance to talk with her ever since! This week, we met Mollie back at Cape Beverage to find out how things have been going.

Mollie is one of our warehouse associates who works 2nd shift, so she’s usually coming into Cape Beverage as many of the team members are leaving for the day. She works with Fulfillment Manager Chris Martin and fellow Warehouse Associate Chris Vicchiarelli on the night shift, and they’ll be welcoming another team member soon as well.

Welcome Kendall!

It’s no surprise that Kendall is one of our new rockstar sales team members. She comes to the team with a knowledge of Cape May beers and other craft products, and was even familiar with our own Eric Wormann before joining our team!

“I knew when interviewing Kendall that she would be a great fit for Cape Beverage,” says Regional Sales Manager Tom LoBianco. “It took a while to fill the position, but I’m glad it did, otherwise we wouldn’t have Kendall with us right now!”

“Kendall is a total pro and has done a great job so far. She has handled everything thrown her way. It’s sometimes difficult to be the new person on the sales route, as customers really like consistency. However, Kendall has fit in perfectly so far and I’m excited to continue working with her in the future,” Tom says. “Kendall has been the perfect fit so far. I told her that she would be happy at Cape Beverage if she chose to come aboard. I’m not sure she totally believed me at first, but I’m glad she’s happy in this new role as well!”
